Hey, I would really love to hear your honest opinion on my music. The Album is on Itunes, and a few other places. I don't want you to bullshit me, I want the hard and honest truth as without in I cannot grow and improve. Its a bit like proof reading your own literature . It know what in my head so I read that and don't actually read whats on the page.

I think you missed my point. I really like Slipnot and I wasn't comparing them to kiss musically , I was comparing them to Kiss, from a marketing point of view based on there period of time they came from. I haven't heard of large crowds gathering the burn slipnots CD's because there were they were satanic.
Kiss was in it for the shock value as well in there time. In referencing the two bands in the own time zones, Kiss was a band marketing a comic book of themselves using there own blood in the late 70's done everyone's head in. Its from bands like Kiss, Diamond king, Alice cooper and the likes that bands such as Cannibal corpse, Inverted Cross, Dying fetus and yes your own slipknot. They have done there research, Come up with a concept they is very marketable. With music that crosses over to the commercial side as well as satisfying there hard core fan base.
I hope you understand what I have said hear! The bottom line is that slipknot are a very smart group bleeding the music industry for all they can. As must band only have a limited life span.

So your into slipnot in a big way! How do you feel about there lasted album. There is a couple of songs on it that my father likes. They are a long way from where they started. They are just KISS in a differt time. They have follow the kiss rule book to the letter. I bet there raking in the doe now!
